1. Academic Program Rules
Impumelelo Lessons offers structured online extra lessons specializing in Mathematics (Pure) and Physical Sciences targeting Grade 10 to 12 learners, explicitly aligned with the standard CAPS curriculum.
2. Attendance & Zero-Tolerance Penalty Setup
- Punctuality: Online Zoom sessions begin strictly at their scheduled slots. Learners must connect to the portal at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time to iron out local technical disruptions.
- Absenteeism: If a learner misses more than 3 classes during the academic calendar without a valid medical reason or formal notification, they will be removed from the tutoring cohort immediately to preserve the structural progress of the group.
- Conduct: Disruptive behaviors, unauthorized screen manipulation, or chat spamming within live sessions are strictly prohibited. Learners violating environment rules will face immediate removal.
3. Billing & No-Refund Architecture
All fees are collected to guarantee and hold the specific slot inside the respective grade group. Because seats are strictly finite, no refunds apply for any payments rendered, including partial month usage, technical dropouts on the client's end, or following removals due to behavior or attendance breaches.
